We discuss how they separate themselves from other, BIGGER box stores and even other smaller local stores by establishing an amazing relationships. The power of CULTURE with in a company and how ownership and management can support that and pass that onto the sales force. In this episode, we talk about the idea of "No one looks behind them to judge you....they are always looking forward." Why do we worry about what people think about us? If you really look at it you will notice it's NOT the people you look up to or admire that are judging you!! It's usually the people BEHIND YOU that are throwing shade and hating on what you are trying to do! We talk about the importance of EMPATHY! You can't judge someone that you don't know what they are going through in their lives RIGHT NOW! Maybe their wife died yesterday, maybe their boyfriend just called and broke up with them. Maybe that person has a different skill set than you?
In conclusion....."A LION DOES NOT LOSE SLEEP OVER THE OPINION OF SHEEP"

We go back to the idea that it's those decisions you make when no one is looking that will dictate who you are! Not making a decision is not an option. What decision will you make?
