Wreak Havoc is an Honest, Disruptive and REAL look at sales, marketing and business hosted by Trevor Brown ( @havocpartners on Instagram ), owner of Independent Sales Rep Company, Havoc Sales Partners and Jodi Sali ( @jodisali on Instagram ) of 16 and West Advertising Agency. We wouldn't call it advise as much as we call it RANTING about things we see being done wrong in the sales and marketing world but with the intention that by talking about it we can correct it......and sometimes we get sidetracked into REAL stories about life.....and by sometimes, I mean ALL the time.

In this episode, we talk about the idea of "No one looks behind them to judge you....they are always looking forward." Why do we worry about what people think about us? If you really look at it you will notice it's NOT the people you look up to or admire that are judging you!! It's usually the people BEHIND YOU that are throwing shade and hating on what you are trying to do! We talk about the importance of EMPATHY! You can't judge someone that you don't know what they are going through in their lives RIGHT NOW! Maybe their wife died yesterday, maybe their boyfriend just called and broke up with them. Maybe that person has a different skill set than you?

In conclusion....."A LION DOES NOT LOSE SLEEP OVER THE OPINION OF SHEEP"
